At Pet Care Insurance we strive to offer insurance to as many people in the pet services industry as possible. Unfortunately, there are some animals, practices, organizations, and states that we cannot respond to.

What's Excluded?
The following are ineligible services or operations for Pet Care Insurance:
- Any animals owned by the insured or breeding
- Housesitting operations (without pets present) that generate more than 45% of your annual revenues
- Kennel operations (a kennel or boarding service is defined as having more than 5 pets staying over on a single night)
- Landscaping services
- Livestock or farm animals
- Pet services or daycare operations of more than 10 pets at any one time
- Petcare for animals that are not common household pets (e.g. dogs, cats, birds, rodents and other animals owned for companionship and not for commercial reasons)
- Pet taxi operations of more than 5 pets at any one time
- Practice or participation in any athletic contest, exhibition, activity, game, or sport
- Professional veterinarian services
- Training operations of service, guard, protection, attack, or fighting dogs

I feel like Doug is probably spam. I get emails from Rey and then I get nearly immediately responses that are totally pertinent to my question. It is not an automated response.

So much easier to use that the top Google searches for small business insurance. Plus those sites don't have an option for the pet care industry on their websites.. makes the whole process frustrating. My experience with this company was the opposite.. fast, easy, and also cheaper 🤙
